gob55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address registered on your gob55 account or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of the gob55 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: gob55 is committed to preventing underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any bonus amounts credited. Winnings accrued on such an account will be forfeited in their entirety.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) gob55 account. The operation of more than one account by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. gob55 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information held on your account, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (e.g., MyKad for Malaysian players), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gob55 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. gob55 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify gob55 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). As part of our obligations under applicable international gaming authority regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, gob55 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on any account. You agree to cooperate fully with such verification requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction, suspension of withdrawal processing, or account closure.
4.1 Accepted Methods. gob55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and bank transfer. Available methods are displayed within your gob55 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of any applicable wagering requirements and pending KYC verification. gob55 aims to process approved withdrawals within a commercially reasonable timeframe. gob55 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking networks.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the gob55 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). gob55 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any other digital asset unless explicitly stated.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
gob55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for up to 30 days where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gob55 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer ("Offer Terms"). In the event of a conflict between Offer Terms and these general Terms, the Offer Terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses credited to your gob55 account must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of related winnings can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds requirements are stated in the Offer Terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. gob55 reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold related winnings where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; collusion between accounts; or any other conduct evidently designed to exploit a promotional offer rather than participate in good faith.
5.4 Non-Transferability. Bonuses and promotional credits are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
6.1 Finality of Results. The result of any game, bet, or wager conducted on the gob55 Platform shall be final and binding once settled, subject to any manifest error correction described below.
6.2 Manifest Errors. gob55 reserves the right to void or correct any bet affected by a manifest error — including obvious typographical errors in odds, incorrect game configurations, or technical malfunctions — regardless of whether settlement has already occurred. In such cases, gob55 will endeavour to restore all affected players to their pre-bet position.
6.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within the relevant game or market on the gob55 Platform. gob55 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion, including on accounts that are suspected of professional or arbitrage betting activity.
6.4 Cancellation Policy. Once a bet has been confirmed on the gob55 Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where expressly permitted by the relevant game rules (e.g., a cash-out feature in sportsbook, where available).

gob55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gob55 account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The gob55 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". gob55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
11.1 By gob55. gob55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity; (c) continuation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to gob55.
11.2 By the Player. You may close your gob55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach, gob55 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold any winnings pending investigation. gob55 will retain data as required by applicable law and regulation.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws relevant to gob55's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through gob55's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of gob55's operating jurisdiction.
